Because our jewelry is made to order, each necklace begins its journey the moment your purchase is placed. Our small team carefully assembles, finishes, and inspects every piece to ensure it meets our standards for beauty, balance, and quality before it ever leaves our hands.
Production Time
Goccia pieces are completed and ready to ship within 2 days.
Shipping
Ourbound shipping is always free. All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. We recommend keeping an eye on your mailbox - your story will be arriving soon.

Returns & Exchanges
At Goccia, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted just for you. Because our jewelry is made to order and deeply personal, we ask that returns and exchanges be approached with care — but we are always here to help if something isn’t quite right.
Return & Exchange Window
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging, with the original tag still attached.

Made-to-Order Restocking Fee
Each Goccia piece is created specifically for you. When a necklace is returned or exchanged, it must be carefully deconstructed — a process that damages the chain and requires the piece to be remade for future wear.
For this reason, a $25 restocking and remaking fee will be deducted from all returns and exchanges. This fee covers the cost of deconstructing, replacing the chain, and preparing the piece for a new story.
